清溃愈疡汤加减口服联合康复新液保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床效果

Clinical effect of oral modified Qingkui Yuyang decoction combined with Kangfuxin solution retention enema in the treatment of ulcerative colitis

目的探究清溃愈疡汤加减口服联合康复新液保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床效果。方法选取我院86例溃疡性结肠炎患者,根据随机数表法将其分为对照组与试验组,各43例。对照组给予康复新液保留灌肠治疗,试验组在此基础上给予清溃愈疡汤加减治疗。比较两组临床疗效、不良反应发生情况、治疗前及疗程结束后的生活质量评分。结果试验组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);疗程结束后,两组患者的生活质量评分均显著升高,且试验组均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论溃疡性结肠炎患者采用清溃愈疡汤加减联合康复新液保留灌肠治疗,可进一步提高治疗效果,显著改善患者生活质量,且安全性高。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of oral modified Qingkui Yuyang decoction combined with Kangfuxin solution retention enema in the treatment of ulcerative colitis. Methods A total of 86 patients with ulcerative colitis in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and experimental group according to random number table method,with 43 cases each group. The control group was treated with Kangfuxin solution retention enema, and the experimental group was treated with oral modified Qingkui Yuyang decoction on this basis. The clinical efficacy, adverse reactions and the scores of quality of life before treatment and at the end of the course of treatment in the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidences of adverse reactions in the two groups were not significantly different(P >0.05). At the end of the course of treatment, the quality of life scores in the two groups increased, and those in the experimental group was higher than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The modified Qingkui Yuyang decoction combined with Kangfuxin solution retention enema on ulcerative colitis can further enhance the treatment effect and significantly improve the quality of life of patients, and with a high safety.
