益气化湿解毒汤联合干扰素α-2b治疗宫颈人类乳头瘤病毒感染的临床效果

Clinical effect of Yiqi Huashi Jiedu decoction combined with interferon α-2b in the treatment of cervical human papilloma virus infection

目的探究益气化湿解毒汤联合干扰素α-2b治疗宫颈人类乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染的临床效果。方法选取2015年2月至2016年1月我院收治的82例宫颈HPV感染患者为研究对象,将其随机分对照组和观察组,各41例。对照组采用干扰素α-2b治疗,观察组在此基础上联合益气化湿解毒汤治疗。比较两组治疗前、后的炎症因子水平、中医证候积分、HPV病毒载量、HPV转阴率及疗效。结果治疗后,两组的TNF-α、IL-6、hs-CRP水平和中医证候积分均显著降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的HPV病毒载量显著低于对照组,而HPV转阴率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的治疗总有效率为95.12%,显著高于对照组的80.49%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益气化湿解毒汤联合干扰素α-2b治疗HPV感染能够显著降低患者炎症因子水平,并减轻临床症状,对于HPV转阴具有一定的促进作用,治疗效果较好,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Yiqi Huashi Jiedu decoction combined with interferon α-2b in the treatment of cervical human papilloma virus(HPV) infection. Methods A total of 82 cases of cervical HPV infection admitted in our hospital from February 2015 to January 2016 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 41 cases in each group. The control group was treated with interferon α-2b,and the observation group was treated with Yiqi Huashi Jiedu decoction on this basis. The levels of inflammatory factors,TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment, HPV viral load, HPV negative conversion rate and efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the levels of TNF-α, IL-6, hs-CRP and TCM syndrome scores in both groups decreased significantly, and those in the observation group were lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05). The HPV viral load in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the HPV negative conversion rate was significantly higher than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.12%, which was significantly higher than 80.49% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Yiqi Huashi decoction combined with interferon α-2b in the treatment of cervical HPV infection has a good therapeutic effect, it can significantly reduce the levels of inflammatory factors and clinical symptoms, and has a certain promoting effect on the negative conversion rate of HPV, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
