双向评估在护理实习生临床带教中的临床价值 被引量:2

Clinical value of bidirectional evaluation in clinical teaching of nursing interns

摘要 目的探讨双向评估在护理实习生临床带教中的应用价值。方法选取2012年12月至2014年12月于我院实习的护生48名作为对照组,采用常规带教法;选取2015年1月至2017年1月于我院实习的护生48名作为观察组,采用双向评估带教法。比较两组带教前、带教8周后的护理操作技巧、核心护理能力评分及护生带教情况满意度评分。结果带教后,两组静脉穿刺、仪器准备、室内温度/湿度控制、护理态度、与医师配合度评分均升高,且观察组仪器准备、与医师配合度评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);带教后,两组评判思维、沟通、管理、法律/伦理、临床护理、自主学习评分均升高,且观察组管理、法律/伦理、临床护理评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的带教方法、带教效果、技能掌握时间及个人能力提升满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论双向评估带教法重视护生与带教人员的双向评价,能提高护生的护理操作技巧及核心护理能力,且护生满意度更高,值得推广应用。 Objective To explore the application value of bidirectional evaluation in the clinical teaching of nursing interns. Methods A total of 48 nursing interns who internship in our hospital from December 2012 to December 2014 were selected as control group, and they were given routine teaching method. A total of 48 nursing interns who internship in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected as observation group, and they were given bidirectional evaluation teaching method. The scores of nursing operation technique, core nursing ability before and after 8 weeks of teaching and teaching satisfaction of nursing interns in the two groups were compared. Results After teaching, the scores of venipuncture, instrument preparation, indoor temperature/humidity control, nursing attitude and cooperation with doctors in both groups increased, and scores of instrument preparation and cooperation with doctors in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). After teaching, the scores of critical thinking, communication, management, law/ethics, clinical nursing, independent learning in both groups increased,and scores of management, law/ethics and clinical nursing in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The satisfaction scores of teaching methods, teaching effect,skill mastery time and personal ability improvement in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion The bidirectional evaluation teaching method attaches importance to the bidirectional evaluation between nursing interns and teaching personnel, it can improve the nursing operation skills and core nursing ability of nursing interns, with high satisfaction of nursing interns, which is worth promoting and applying.
