预制拼装桥墩的连接构造分类及其适用性研究 被引量:9

摘要 预制拼装桥墩是桥梁全预制工业化建造的重要组成部分。根据预制桥墩节段的位置及连接方式,提出将其连接形式划分成钢筋对接型、区域连接型和贯通串接型三大类,据此可以揭示连接细节及其受力差异性的来源。结合国内外的工程应用实例,分析了三类连接构造的特点及其适用性,指出应结合桥位情况、施工条件和构造尺寸等进行选择。 Prefabricated bridge piers are indispensable for promoting the industrialized bridge erection.According to the most common connection methods and joint locations between precast pier segments, three categories of connection details are proposed in this paper: longitudinal rebars connection, regional connection and top-to-down through connection.Based on this division, the differences of connection and mechanical property can be revealed.Upon investigating application examples at home and abroad, the characteristics and applicability of the three types of connecting details are analyzed.As conclusion, it is pointed out that the choice of connection shall be made according to bridge site conditions, construction technique and pier dimension.
