摘要
印度尼西亚雅加达至芝坎佩高速公路改扩建工程采用了全长36.84 km的主线高架桥方案,通过在既有道路中分带上设置T型独柱大挑臂桥墩,充分利用现有高速通道中央走廊,大规模地减小了新增用地规模,解决了征地困难、通道稀缺等突出问题。同时,桥梁上部结构采用分步架设的钢混组合梁,下部结构盖梁采用预制节段拼装和转体施工技术,现场均无须搭设支架,最大限度地减小了对既有高速公路的影响,缩短了工期,取得了较好的社会效益与经济效益。
The Jakarta-Cikampek Highway reconstruction and expansion project adopted a 36.64 km elevated scheme.By using T-type single column large-arm bridge piers on the existing roads, the existing high-speed channel is fully utilized, land acquisition is reduced on a large scale.The scheme solves outstanding problems such as land acquisition difficulties and channel scarcity.In addition, the bridge substructure like bent cap, adopts prefabricated segment assembly and swivel construction, while the upper structure adopts steel-concrete composite girders that are erected step by step.Therefore, there is no need to set up a bracket on site, which minimizes the impact on the existing expressway and shortens the construction perio d.
