摘要
本文研究了利用树脂对去甲万古霉素滤液进行脱色的方法。采用8种不同类型的离子交换树脂和大孔吸附树脂对去甲万古霉素滤液进行脱色率和吸附率的筛选;从交换p H值、交换流速方面研究了树脂脱色工艺的最佳控制参数。结果表明,1180型树脂在现有去甲万古霉素滤液的浓度条件下,控制p H值在3.0~5.0,脱色流速控制在0.5~1.0 BV/h的条件下,能够获得较好的脱色效果。
This article studied a technology method for decolorizing the norvancomycin filtered liquid buy resin process. By using 8 different types of ion exchange resins and macroporous adsorption resins, screening for the decolorization ratio and adsorption ratio of norvancomycin filtered liquid;the optimal control parameters of the resin decolorization process were studied in terms of exchange pH and exchange flow rate. The results show that under the concentration of the existing vancomycin filtered liquid, control the pH value around 3.0 ~ 4.0, and control the exchange flow rate around 0.5 ~ 1.0 BV/h, it can get a better decolorization effect.
