摘要
为更快地处理崆峒岛废弃扇贝壳,改善岛屿的生态环境,本研究从扇贝堆积场取样,经过梯度稀释、平板涂布、平板划线、产酶菌初筛、复筛,分离筛选出蛋白酶产生菌20株,根据透明圈大小挑选出产蛋白酶活力强的8株放线菌菌株(SF1~SF8)进行斜面保藏。经过进一步理化鉴定初步确定SF1为诺卡氏菌,SF2~SF8属于链霉菌属。
To improve the ecological environment of Kongtong Island, twenty protease producing actinomycetic strains were isolated from scallop shells dumping ground on the Island. Eight strains which produce higher enzymatic activity(SF1 ~ SF8) were selected. After the further physical and chemical identification, SF1 was identified as Nocardia sp. and SF2 ~ SF8 were identified as Streptomyces spp.
