摘要
目的:人的Amelogenin基因突变或缺失的个体,常规的检测手段可能会造成误判,会误导侦查方向。介绍Amelogenin基因缺失的案例以加强对基因分型缺失的重视。方法:对两例血样进行DNA检测分析。结果:Y-STR检测结果发现有DYS456、DYS570及DYS576三个基因座的等位基因缺失。结论:在实际检案中可通过检测Y-STR并结合Y-SNP等其他遗传标记进行综合分析对AMEL Y缺失的个体进行性别判定,以免引起错误判断。
Objective: Individuals with mutations or deletions of the Amelogenin gene may cause misjudgment and mislead the direction of investigation. Introduce cases of Amelogenin gene deletion to enhance the emphasis on genotyping. Methods: Two blood samples were analyzed by DNA. Results: The Y-STR assay found that only the alleles of the three loci of DYS456, DYS570 and DYS576 were deleted. Conclusion: In the actual test, Y-STR can be combined with other genetic markers such as Y-SNP for comprehensive analysis to determine the gender of AMEL Y-deficient individuals, so as to avoid misjudgment.
