摘要 气相色谱质谱法是检测食品中有机磷农药残留的一种重要分析方法。有机磷类农药是当前我国使用最普遍的农药,本文拟运用气相色谱-质谱检测方法,能够检测出多种常见有机磷类农药。样品用乙腈萃取,通过DB-1701进行质谱分析前处理,运用气相色谱质谱检测扫描,保证留取时间和离子特征。这种检测方法简单便利,灵敏度高、精确度高、选择性好,能够满足食品中有机磷药的残留检测。 Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry is an important analytical method for the determination of organophosphorus pesticide residues in food. The sample was extracted with acetonitrile, subjected to mass spectrometry pretreatment by DB-1701, and detected by gas chromatography mass spectrometry to ensure retention time and ion characteristics. The pesticide was in the range of 0.025 ~ 0.4 mg/kg. When the good test conditions were met, the concentration of organophosphorus pesticides was detected. The average recovery was 82.6%~ 102.5%, and the relative standard deviation was 2.46%~ 9.69%. The detection method is simple and convenient, has high sensitivity,high precision and good selectivity, and can satisfy the residue detection of organic phosphorus drugs in food.
