摘要 当前阶段,抗生素污染已成为影响我国畜牧和水产养殖业持续健康发展的主要科技问题之一,此种情况会使得我国养殖产品因抗生素残留问题无法出口创汇,也制约了我国畜牧行业的可持续发展。综合来看,引发此种情况的主要原因是饲料中有大量抗生素的添加。我国畜牧和水产养殖业想要达成健康发展的目的,首先需要解决的问题是研发出能够对抗生素进行替代的环保型饲料添加剂,进而研制出不添加抗生素的新型饲料,进一步推动我国畜牧和水产养殖业的可持续发展。 at the present stage, antibiotic pollution has become one of the major scientific and technological problems affecting the sustainable and healthy development of our country’s livestock and aquaculture industry, and this situation will make it impossible for our country’s aquaculture products to export and earn foreign exchange due to the problem of antibiotic residues. It also restricts the sustainable development of animal husbandry industry in China.Overall, the main cause of this situation is the addition of a large amount of antibiotics in the feed. In order to achieve the goal of healthy development of animal husbandry and aquaculture industry in China, the first problem to be solved is to develop environmentally friendly feed additives that can replace antibiotics, and then develop new feed without adding antibiotics. Further promote our country Sustainable development of livestock and aquaculture.
