摘要
介绍了锌指核酸酶(zinc-finger nucleases, ZFNs)系统、类转录激活效应因子核酸酶(transcriptional activation-like effector nuclease, TALEN)系统、CRISPR/Cas9系统、最新开发的CRISPR/Cpf1和单碱基编辑技术,并综述了基因编辑技术在水稻遗传性状改良中的应用进展及前景。
This paper introduces the zinc-finger nucleases(ZFNs) system, transcriptional activation-like effector nuclease(TALEN) system, CRISPR/Cas9 system, and the newly-developed CRISPR/Cpf1 and single-base editing technology, and summarizes the research advance and prospects of using genome editing technology to genetically improve rice characters.
