玉米水解物对糖醋酒液的叶面附着性的影响

摘要 制备玉米水解物,将其与适量的糖醋酒液混配,再用清水稀释,获得不同浓度的一系列混合液(A~E)。测定了各种混合液的粘度值和叶片附着率,同时测试了它们对橘小实蝇雌虫的引诱效果。结果表明:玉米水解物+糖醋酒混合液C(玉米水解物的浓度为350 mL/750 mL)的粘度值为1117.3 MPa·s,在苹果叶片上的附着率在75%以上;与糖醋酒液相比,混合液C对橘小实蝇雌虫的引诱效果无显著变化。 Corn hydrolysate was prepared by boiling corn seeds. This corn hydrolysate was mixed with moderate sugar, vinegar and alcohol, and then it was attenuated by pure water, finally a series of corn hydrolysate-sugar-vinegar-alcohol liquid mixtures(A^E) with different concentrations were achieved. The viscosity and leaf-surface-adhering rate of various liquid mixtures were tested, and their attractive effects on females of Bactrocera dorsalis(Hendel) were studied. The results were obtained as follows: the viscosity of corn hydrolysate-sugar-vinegar-alcohol liquid mixture C(the concentration of corn hydrolysate was 350 mL/750 mL) was 1117.3 MPa·s, and its apple-leaf-adhering rate was above 75%;there was no significant difference in the attractive effect on females of B. dorsalis between the sugar-vinegar-alcohol liquid mixture and the liquid mixture C.
