福海县草原生态补偿政策政府执行力评价分析

Evaluation of Government’s Execution Power of Grassland Ecological Compensation Policy in Fuhai County

基于层次分析法,构建了草原生态补偿政策政府执行力的评价体系,并采用模糊综合评价的方法对福海县草原生态补偿政策政府执行力进行了综合评价,分析了福海县草原生态补偿政策政府执行力的不足之处,并提出了改进措施,以期促进福海县草原生态补偿政策执行过程中政府的执行效率和效益的提高。

The evaluation index system for the government’s execution power of grassland ecological compensation policy in Fuhai county was constructed based on the analytic hierarchy process(AHP), and the government’s execution power of grassland ecological compensation policy in this county was comprehensively evaluated by using the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. On basis of these, we analyzed the deficiencies in government’s execution power of grassland ecological compensation policy in Fuhai county, and put forward some improvement measures, so as to enhance the implementing efficiency and execution benefits of grassland ecological compensation policy in this county.
