摘要 组织因子(TF)是外源性凝血级联反应的触发因子,在血栓形成中发挥重要的作用。TF主要存在于非血管细胞中,正常情况下在血液中的含量微少不致触发凝血,但在病理状态下则可以大量表达于内皮细胞和单核细胞中。最近,不少学者发现循环细胞膜囊泡(MV)表面富含TF,以其数量多、移行速度快等特性在血栓形成及相关疾病中占据重要的作用。本综述将阐述和总结循环细胞膜囊泡中TF的作用及机制,探讨其在血栓形成及相应疾病中的作用,推测其可能成为评估血栓性疾病发生发展及严重程度的新生物学标志物,有望为相应疾病提供新的治疗靶标。 Tissue factor(TF) is a trigger for the exogenous coagulation cascade and plays an important role in thrombosis. TF is mainly present in non-vascular cells. Under normal conditions, TF express little in circulating blood and does not trigger blood coagulation, but in pathological conditions, it can be expressed in a large amount in endothelial cells and monocytes. Recently, many scholars have found that the surface of circulating cell membrane microvesicles(MV) is rich in TF, which plays an important role in thrombosis and related diseases because of its characteristics such as high number and rapid migration rate. This review will describe and summarize the role and mechanism of TF in circulating cell membrane vesicles, and explore its role in thrombosis and related diseases. It is speculated that it may become a new biomarker for assessing the development and severity of thrombotic diseases, which may provide new therapeutic targets for the disease.
