股骨粗隆间骨折外侧壁研究进展

Advances in research on the lateral wall of intertrochanteric fracture

股骨粗隆外侧壁是近年来提出的新概念,越来越受到广大临床医师的重视。完整的外侧壁可对股骨头颈骨折块形成有效支撑,防止股骨干内移、退钉、髋关节内翻畸形等发生,直接影响骨折内固定术后的稳定性。但目前临床对于外侧壁的范围、涉及外侧壁的骨折分型以及内固定的选择方面仍未达成共识,本文在查阅国内外相关文献后对外侧壁的研究进展做一综述,以进一步提高临床医师对外侧壁的认识。

The lateral wall of trochanter of femur is a new concept put forward in recent years, which has been paid more and more attention by clinicians. The intact lateral wall can effectively support the femoral head and neck fracture block, prevent the femoral shaft from moving in, removing the nail, and the hip joint varus deformity, which directly affects the stability of the fracture internal fixation. However, there is still no consensus on the scope of lateral wall, the classification of lateral wall fracture and the choice of internal fixation. This article reviews the research progress of external sidewalls after reviewing relevant literatures at home and abroad to further improve the understanding of the external wall of clinicians.
