摘要
在橡胶硫化生产中,对促进剂CBS工艺有一定的生产效率、质量和安全要求。基于这种认识,在对CBS工艺展开分析基础上,对钴盐催化合成橡胶硫化促进剂CBS工艺进行了分析,发现采用该工艺能够使产物纯度和收率达到98%以上,通过工艺优化能够使反应速率和产品质量得到保证,从而达到理想的工艺生产效果。
in the vulcanization of rubber production, promoting agent CBS process has certain production efficiency, quality and safety requirements. Based on this understanding, this paper on the basis of analyses of CBS technology of cobalt salt catalyst in synthesis of rubber vulcanization accelerator CBS process are analyzed, and found that by using this technology can make the product purity and yield of above98%, through optimizing process can make the reaction rate and product quality is guaranteed, so as to achieve the ideal effect of processing.
