摘要
分析了非磁性换热管管板处壁厚检测的重要性和涡流检测的可行性,提出了改变涡流检测参数和数据修正两种检测方法。结果表明,采用适当的方法,可以减小甚至基本消除管板对换热管壁厚涡流检测的影响。
The paper analyzes the importance of testing wall thickness of non-magnetic heat exchange tube in the tube plate section and feasibility of Eddy current testing, and puts forward two methods for changing Eddy current testing parameters and data correction. The field testing and the experimental results show that the suitable method can reduce or even basically eliminate the influence of the tube plate for eddy current testing wall-thickness of heat exchanger tube.
