摘要 油田采出水超声破乳的影响因素由多方面控制,主要有破乳反应器形式、使用超声波功率、使用超声波声强、使用超声波频率、破乳反应时间和污水中油浓度等因素,综合作用影响超声破乳效率。其中使用超声波声强和使用超声波频率对破乳除油的影响最为明显,但其他因素也同时影响着油田采出水超声波破乳效率。 The influencing factors of ultrasonic demulsification of oilfield produced water are controlled by many factors, such as the form of demulsification reactor, the power of ultrasonic wave, the intensity of ultrasonic wave, the frequency of ultrasonic wave, the reaction time of demulsification and the oil concentration in sewage, etc. The comprehensive effect affects the efficiency of ultrasonic demulsification.Among them, the use of ultrasonic intensity and frequency has the most obvious impact on demulsification and oil removal, and other factors also affect the efficiency of ultrasonic demulsification of oilfield produced water.
