摘要
酰胺官能团是自然界中最基本的化学结构单元之一,并且广泛存在于精细化学品结构中。目前,合成酰胺的方法已被国内外所报道,包括羧酸与胺的偶联反应、醛和胺的缩合反应、以芳基卤化物和胺和CO为底物的氨基羰基化反应。随着环保的理念深入人心,酰胺的制备也逐渐趋于绿色、环保的合成方法。本文从原料的角度综述了各种合成酰胺的方法。
Amide functional groups are one of the most basic chemical building blocks in nature and widely found in fine chemical structures. At present, the methods for synthesizing amide have been reported at home and abroad, including a coupling reaction of carboxylic acid with amine, a condensation reaction of aldehyde and amine, and an aminocarbonylation reaction with aryl halide, amine and CO as substrates. With the concept of environmental protection deeply rooted in the hearts of people, the preparation of amides has gradually become green and environmentally friendly. Various methods for synthesizing amides were reviewed from the perspective of raw materials.
