酰腙水溶性卟啉扩展配合物的抗癌活性研究

摘要 癌症也叫恶性肿瘤,且是严重威胁人类健康的重大疾病。传统的化学治疗法选择性较差,靶向性低,具有较大毒副作用,且对正常组织也有破坏。卟啉化合物能有效地富集于肿瘤细胞周围并对其定位,且对肿瘤组织有很好的亲和力。合成了酰腙Cu水溶性卟啉化合物并通过细胞毒性实验和细胞吸收实验,研究了该类化合物的抗肿瘤活性并旨在开发新型抗肿瘤化学药物。 Cancer is also called malignant tumor and is a major disease that seriously threatens human health. Traditional chemotherapeutic methods have poor selectivity, low targeting and large toxic side effects, and cause damage to normal tissues. The porphyrin compounds can effectively enrich and localize around the tumor cells, and have a good affinity for the tumor tissue. Aimed at developing new anti-tumor chemicals, the hydrazide base Cu water-soluble porphyrin compounds were synthesized and their anti-tumor activities were studied by cytotoxicity experiments and cell absorption experiments.
