摘要
当采用对二甲氨基苯甲醛分光光度法对地表水中的水合肼进行检测时,浊度对其检测结果具有一定的影响。它主要依据《水质肼和甲基肼的测定对二甲氨基苯甲醛分光(HJ674-2013),对其提及的预处理方式离心或过滤进行了对比。结果表明,在地表水浊度范围为10~80 NTU的水样中,采取0. 22μm过滤和离心10 min的预处理方式均可满足HJ674-2013标准中的质控要求;两种预处理方式回收率相差不大,过滤的预处理方式略好于离心。
When p-dimethylaminobenzaldehyde spectrophotometry was used to detect hydrazine hydrate in surface water, turbidity had a certain effect on its detection results. It was mainly based on the determination of hydrazine hydratein in water quality with methyl hydrazine dimethylaminobenzaldehyde spectroscopy (HJ674- 2013 ), which referred the pretreatment method such as centrifugation or filtration mentioned. It showed that in the water samples with surface turbidity range of 10~80 NTU, 0.22 μm filtration and 10 min centrifugation can meet the quality control requirements of HJ674-2013 standard, the recovery rate of the pretreatment method was not much different, and the filtration pretreatment method was slightly better than the centrifugation.
