摘要
通过对水稻插秧机分插机构的研究,总结主流分插机构的优缺点,针对在插秧过程中取秧针同时肩负着取秧插秧动作、在优化分插机构时面临限制参数多且相互制约、插秧精度差等问题,设计一种新型的分插机构,并利用SolidWorks软件对此机构进行三维建模及虚拟装配以验证其可行性。为避免振动因素在分插机构实际工作过程中影响插秧精度,对建模后的机构导入到ANSYS中进行模态分析,分析出机构固有振动频率和前20阶位移云图,得出使机构产生共振的频率范围。
Based on the research of the rice transplanters,the advantages and disadvantages of the present intercalation mechanism are summarized.A new type of intercalation mechanism is designed in the light of the problem that the parameters of the transplanter and the transplanting in the transplanting process are limited and mutually restricted.SolidWorks software was used to model the mechanism in 3 dand virtual assembly to verify its feasibility.To avoid the influence of the vibration factors upon the transplanting precision,the transplanting mechanism which has been modeled is imported into ANSYS for model analysis.The natural vibration frequency and the first 20-order displacement cloud map of the mechanism are analyzed.This study could provide a theoretical basis for optimal structure design of the transplanting mechanism,and improve seedling performance and reliability.
