仿形多软轴遥控割草机的结构及模态分析

摘要 仿形多软轴遥控割草机主要用于堤防杂草的清除,在试车过程中,出现了机架脱焊、变形等问题。通过有限元方法对割草机的强度、刚度进行分析,发现前机架与承重横梁连接处应力过大,以U形螺栓连接方式替代焊接,减少应力集中。通过有限元方法对割草机进行模态分析,得出割草机前机架的前五阶固有频率分布在71~148Hz的范围,设计选用合适的工作转速(<3600r/min),可防止机器在割草作业时出现破坏性的谐振。 The profiling and multi-flexible shaft remote control mower is mainly used to eliminate weed on dykes and dams.During the test run,there are some problems,such as frame de-welding,deformation and so on.The strength and stiffness of the mower was analyzed by finite element method.It was found that the stress at the connection between the front frame and the load-bearing beam was too large.The Ushaped bolt connection was used instead of welding to reduce the stress concentration.Through the modal analysis of the mower by finite element method,it is found that the first five natural frequencies of the front frame of the mower are distributed in the range of 71-148 Hz,and the suitable working speed(<3600 rpm)is selected to prevent the destructive resonance in the work.
