摘要
为确定EPS板减载效果与其材料的密度和厚度关系,在柔性填料减载特性的基础上,开展大型室内模型试验,主要研究了厚度为0、1cm、2cm、4cm和6cm,密度ρ为12kg/m3和25kg/m3的EPS板与涵顶、涵侧的土压力减载率的关系,同时对土体内部的土压力分布机理进行分析。试验结果表明,只考虑EPS板厚度对涵顶的减载具有局限性;在相同的EPS板厚时,采用密度为12kg/m3的EPS板减载效果更佳。在竖向荷载为2 MPa时,涵顶土压力的减载效率最高,EPS板的厚度在4cm左右较为适宜;同时表明EPS板的厚度和密度对涵顶土压力减载效果相互交叉影响,EPS板的厚度和密度的合理选择是试验结果的重要因素。
In order to determine the relationship between the load reduction effect of EPS plate and the density and thickness of the material,a large-scale indoor model test was carried out on the basis of the load reduction characteristics of flexible filler.The effect of EPS plate with thickness of 0,1 cm,2 cm,4 cm and 6 cm,density of 12 kg/m^3 and 25 kg/m^3 on culvert top and culvert side has been examined.The mechanism of earth pressure distribution is also analyzed.The test results show that there are limitations on the load reduction of culvert roof if only the thickness of EPS plate is considered;the load reduction effect of using the density of 12 kg/m^3 is better when the same thickness of EPS plate is applied;the load reduction efficiency of earth pressure on culvert top comes to the highest in the vertical load of 2 MPa and the thickness of 4 cm.The results also reveal that the thickness and density of EPS plate have a cross-influence on the earth pressure reduction effect of the crown of culvert.The reasonable choice of thickness and density of EPS board is an important factor in the test results.
