摘要 为解决22118工作面大面积顶板来压带来的安全隐患,实现煤矿综放工作面的安全高效开采,针对潞宁煤矿2#煤层新、旧切眼顶板回采初期不易垮落、基本顶致密坚硬的问题,提出了采用缩小顶板初次垮落步距、切眼与顺槽内深孔爆破的技术。实践表明:该顶板弱化技术不仅取得了良好的经济效益,而且保证了煤矿的安全、高效生产。 In order to solve the safety hazard caused by the pressure of the large-area roof of 22118 working face,and realize safe and efficient mining fully mechanized top-coal caving face,this paper puts forward the technique of reducing the initial caving interval of roof and deep-hole blasting between the open-off cut and the groove considering that the new and old open-off cut roof of No.2 coal seam in Luning Coal Mine is not easy to collapse,and the basic roof is compact and hard at the initial stage of mining.Practice shows that the roof weakening technology not only achieves good economic benefits,but also ensures the safe and efficient production of the coal mine.
