摘要
基于东盘区51505巷735~780m范围内巷道严重底板鼓起、煤壁片帮等现象,为保证工作面安全快速回采,大同煤矿集团虎龙沟煤矿综采队通过技术研究,决定对底鼓地段采取"起底+施工复合底板+架设双L型工字钢棚"等联合措施进行治理。实际应用效果表明,该措施降低了片帮现象,控制底鼓量在0.12m以下,取得了显著成效。
Severe floor heave and rib spalling often occur in the range of 735~780m of 51505 roadway in east panel area.In order to ensure the safe and rapid stoping of the working face,the fully-mechanized mining team of Hulonggou Coal Mine decided to adopt joint measures such as"bottom lifting+composite floor constructing+double L-shaped steel shed erecting"to control the floor heave through technical research.The practical application results show that this measure reduces the occurrence of rib spalling and controls the amount of floor heave below 0.12m.The effect of these measures is significant.
