摘要
霍州煤电丰峪煤业的传统运输方式,无法满足所需的大量浇筑混凝土运输的及时性和混合料质量要求。本文设计了风力输送系统并进行了实践应用,效果表明该系统有效保障了混凝土浇筑的及时性与质量,减少了窄轨电车作业次数、运输系统岗位人数,起到了减人增效的作用,有较好的社会效益和经济效益。
The traditional transportation mode of Fengyu Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.,Huozhou Coal and Electricity Group can not meet the requirement of timely transportation of a large number of poured concrete and quality of mixtures.This paper designs a wind power conveying system and applies it in practice.The results show that the system effectively guarantees the timeliness and quality of concrete pouring,reduces the number of narrow-gauge tram operations and transportation system posts,plays a role of reducing people and increasing efficiency,and has better social and economic benefits.
