煤矿胶带输送机均压开采技术的应用

Application of Pressure-balancing Mining Technology of Belt Conveyor in Coal Mine

基于传统卧底刮板输送机均压开采技术设备耗费大、工作面产量低等技术缺陷,本文设计出了均压风机跨胶带运输机全封闭挡风装置进行胶带输送机均压开采。通过在忻州窑矿的实践应用大大节约了经济成本,提高了工作面的生产效率。

Based on the technical defects of traditional undercover scraper conveyor,such as high cost of equipment and low output of working face,this paper designs a fully enclosed windshield device of pressure equalizing fan across belt conveyor for belt conveyor pressure equalizing mining.Through the practical application in Xinzhouyao Mine,the economic cost is greatly saved and the production efficiency of the working face is improved.
