斜巷挡车栏自动起落装置的研究与设计

摘要 本文针对高庄煤业公司斜巷运输过程中跑飞车等事故,结合现场实际情况,利用传感器感应、声光报警提示等方式,研究设计了斜巷挡车栏自动起落装置,实现斜巷运输挡车栏自动起落,对煤矿斜巷安全运输起到保障作用。 In this paper,aiming at the accidents such as speeding cars in the inclined lane transportation process of Gaozhuang Coal Industry Company,combined with the actual situation on the spot,using sensor induction,sound and light alarm prompt and other ways,the automatic lifting device of the inclined lane barrier is studied and designed to realize the automatic lifting of the inclined lane transportation barrier,which plays a guarantee role for the safe transportation of the inclined lane in the coal mine.
