Aiming at the replacement of sliding bearing of Simag 3.5m diameter hoist,this paper puts forward a fast,efficient and safe countermeasure and practical scheme.Through reasonable construction,it can greatly improve the efficiency and accuracy of replacement,ensure the stable and safe operation of hoist after bearing replacement,save time,and improve economic benefits for coal mine production.
