摘要 刘庄煤矿针对矸石运输不连续、矸石进入主系统影响产量及煤质等一系列问题,结合矸石井的优势,对原有主运系统进行不断优化改造,实现了煤矸系统互通、煤矸分流、矸石连续运输排放再利用,即煤矸连续运输网络化,充分发挥了矿井运输系统优势,保证了运输系统安全顺畅,提高了原煤提升能力和源头煤质,实现生产效率、经济效益"倍数增长"。 In order to solve the series of problems such as discontinuous coal gangue transport and the influence of the coal gangue entering the main system on output and coal quality,Liuzhuang Coal Mine continuously optimizes and reforms the original main transportation system based on the advantages of the coal gangue to realize the interconnection of coal gangue system,coal gangue diversion and its continuous discharge and reuse,namely the continuous transportation network of coal gangue.It gives full play to the advantages of the mine transportation system,guarantees the safety and smoothness of the transportation system,increases the lifting capacity of the raw coal and ensure the quality of the original coal,and realizes the"multiple growth"of production efficiency and economic benefits.
