摘要
检测复杂零件多圆特征参数时,传统算法复杂、运算时间长且精度较低。本文提出利用梯度方向信息确定采样的三点是否进行累积,利用正六边形窗口缩小搜索像素点的范围,大大缩短了随机Hough变换(RHT)算法边缘特征提取运算时间等方法,最后基于LabVIEW平台实现该精密检测算法,试验验证,该算法对生产线上的标准件多圆特征进行检测时精准有效。
When detecting the multi-circle feature parameters of complex parts,traditional algorithms are complex,takes a long time and has low accuracy.In this paper,the gradient direction information is used to determine whether the three sampling points should be accumulated or not,and the regular hexagon window is applied to narrow the searching range of pixels.The time of random Hough transform detection algorithm(RHT)is shorten.This accurate algorithm is finally designed based on LabVIEW.The experiment results show that the algorithm is accurate and effective in detecting multi-circle features of standard parts on production line.
