朱家峁选煤厂工艺设计研究

Study on Process Design of Zhujiaomao Coal Preparation Plant

通过对朱家峁选煤厂入选原煤煤质特性的分析,结合目标市场对产品的要求,确定朱家峁选煤厂采用150～6mm块煤浅槽排矸工艺。对煤的可选性、工艺流程、设备选型等进行了论述,分析了朱家峁选煤厂设计特点。

Base on analysis of coal properties of the selected raw coal in Zhujiaomao Coal Preparation Plant and target market requirements for the products,the coal preparation plant determined to adopt the process of 150~6mm lump coal dense medium shallow groove to discharge gangue.Based on this,this paper discussed the coal separability,process flow and equipment selection,and analyzed the design characteristics of Zhujiaomao Coal Preparation Plant.
