摘要
以泛在学习的开放性与开放教育资源泛在性的契合为基础,构建以学习对象、学习活动为主体的开放教育资源内生性结构模型,以及能体现学习者与外界情境间关系、识别和适应学习者身边环境的外生性资源转换模型。借助现代信息技术,对教育资源中的相关要素进行合理分配,建立能促进教育资源利用和效益最大化的共建共享机制;依据学习者背景,采用能够识别学习者周围环境的传感设备,设计能够适应泛在学习的情境应用机制;研究学习资源的易用性和开放性,从学习者、管理者和技术人员的多重角度,提出能够保障和促进教育质量提高的有效评价机制。
In this paper,the ubiquitous learning resources open and open education universal fit as the foundation,build a structure model based on learning object,learning activities as the main body of the open educational resources and can refl ect the relationship between the learner and the external situation,identify and adapt to the learner environment around the exogenous resource conversion model.Through modern information technology,relevant elements of education resources reasonable allocation,established to promote and build the maximum benefi t of education resource sharing mechanism;according to learners’background,the environment sensing device can identify learners,designed to adapt to the ubiquitous learning context application mechanism of learning resources;usability and open,from multiple perspectives of learners,managers and technical personnel,put forward to protect and promote the quality of education and effective evaluation mechanism.
