民办高校教研室建设与管理问题及对策研究

以教研室教学工作开展与完成任务、教师与学生交流沟通、教研室主任的作用、师资队伍稳定、教师之间合作意识、教师专业能力与市场需求匹配、教师参与非日常教学工作积极性等方面为问题研究的切入点,探讨教研室定位、科研管理、师资队伍建设三方面的对策,提出民办应用型高等院校教研室建设的参考意见。

It is the breakthrough point of the research that the teaching work of teaching and research offi ce and complete the task,teachers and students communicate,director’s role of the teaching and research offi ce,teaching staff stability,cooperation between teachers,teacher’s professional ability and the market demand match,teachers participate in the daily teaching work enthusiasm.This paper discusses the countermeasures for the construction of the teaching and research offi ce,the scientifi c research management,and the construction of teaching staff.This paper puts forward some suggestions for the construction of teaching and research offi ce in order to adapt to the construction of application-oriented colleges and universities.
