在高等教育供给侧改革背景下,国家对人才提出更高的要求。因此,医学院校对医学人才培养模式应该顺应社会经济的发展和市场需求,探索新时期医学+英语应用型人才培养模式,以满足国家对复合型、应用型和技能型人才的迫切需求。

In the context of the reform of the supply-side of higher education,the state puts forward higher requirements for talents.Therefore,medical colleges and universities should not adhere to the teaching of medical professionals,but should comply with the social and economic development and market demand,and explore the new teaching mode of medical English applied talents in the new period,in order to meet the needs of the state to compound,applied and skilled talents.
