社会工作助力精准扶贫工作探析——以宽甸县E村为例

Social Work to Help Precision Poverty Alleviation by Taking E village in Kuandian County as an Example

社会工作介入精准扶贫工作具有其特有的优势。根据在宽甸满族自治县E村的扶贫调研活动,结合社会工作专业而引发的一些思考,意在挖掘问题的根源,围绕扶贫需先扶智、扶志的中心思想,从E村贫困现状的先后天原因、E村存在的优势、社会工作介入E村脱贫工作的方式等方面进行了分析,对社会工作介入E村的精准扶贫展开了思考。

Social work has its unique advantages in participating in precise poverty alleviation work. According to the poverty alleviation research activities in E village of Kuandian Manchu Autonomous County and some reflections caused by social work specialty, this paper intends to dig out the root of the problem, focusing on the central idea that poverty alleviation needs first supporting wisdom and ambition, and analyzing the congenital causes of poverty situation, the advantages, and the ways of social work intervening in E village, etc. This paper also considers the social work involved in the precise poverty alleviation of E village.
