Research and Enlightenment of Japanese Medical Reform and Hospital Management

整理了2018年11月中下旬赴日本参加现代医院管理研讨活动的交流成果,重点围绕日本面向老龄化的社会保障、医疗照护制度改革、医院经营管理与领导力提升、改善医疗质量与医院功能评价、医疗信息化与大数据应用进行总结和述评,探讨了日本在医疗制度改革、服务体系建设、医院创新管理、新兴技术应用等方面积累的理念和经验,对于我国进一步深化医改、应对人口老龄化、推动健康中国建设提出了建议。

This paper organizes and summarizes the exchange results of the Seminar on Modern Hospital Management in Japan in November of 2018. Focusing on Japan’s social security for aging, health care system reform, hospital management and leadership improvement, medical quality improvement and hospital function evaluation, health informatization and big data applications, it makes in-depth discussion on Japan’s advanced concepts and experiences accumulated in the health system reform, service system development, innovative hospital management, and emerging technology applications. It has certain enlightenment for China to further deepen the medical reform, respond to the aging of the population, and promote the construction of a healthy China.
