近10年相关卫生信息政策研究文献计量分析

Bibliometric Analysis of Health Information Policy Research over the Past 10 Years

目的分析我国近10年的卫生信息政策研究文献引文情况、发文机构、研究热点、研究前沿,探索我国卫生信息政策研究发展状况。方法选取中国知网(CNKI)期刊库(2008～2017年)相关期刊论文数据,运用CiteSpaceV可视化工具进行分析。结果文献研究数量快速上升;发文机构集中在高等院校和研究中心;"电子病历与健康档案""医疗卫生机构改革""信息技术应用"为研究热点;"电子病历""居民健康档案""远程医疗""医学数据"等突现词反映不同时段的研究前沿。结论作者研究影响力逐年提升;隐私安全研究需深化;现代信息技术与医疗卫生服务结合的政策研究为当前研究主题;健康大数据的信息政策研究是前沿热点。

Objective To analyze the citations, publications, research hotspots, research frontier of Chinese health information policy research in the recent 10 years and explore the development of health information policy research in China. Methods Based on the articles data on Chinese health information policy research from CNKI journals library(2008-2017), the research was carried out with the CiteSpaceV visualization tool.Results The number of research on Chinese health information policy ascends rapidly;research activities are concentrated in the universities and scienti?c research centers;"Electronic Medical Records and Health Records""reform of medical and health institutions""information technology application"are the hot spots;"Electronic Medical Records""Resident Health Records""Telemedicine""Medical Data" and other highlighted keywords re?ect the research frontier at different times. Conclusion The author’s research in?uence is increasing year by year;research on privacy and security needs to be deepened;the policy research on the combination of modern information technology and medical health service is the current research topic;information policy research on health care big data is the forefront of current research.
