摘要
目的研究基于信息化支撑平台的中医分级诊疗制度运行状况与认知评价。方法选择2017年11月至2018年8月,某医联体内经历中医分级诊疗医生21名、患者18名,通过半结构式访谈法,对结果进行定性分析。结果医生对分级诊疗内涵的把握欠全面,对实施方案知晓度率不高、应用率偏低,认为信息平台信息共享程度不够,患者对分级诊疗制度认知度低,满意度高;医患对上转三级医院的选择均存较大差异;医患对分级诊疗制度均支持态度,并提出诸多需解决的关键问题。结论中医分级诊疗制度在宣传、实施方案、信息技术应用、诊疗能力建设、中医药特色发挥等方面有待加强。
Objective To study the operation status and cognitive evaluation of TCM hierarchical diagnosis and treatment based on information support platform. Methods From November 2017 to August 2018, 21 doctors and 5 patients experienced hierarchical diagnosis and treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine in a medical union were selected to conduct semi-structured interview and the results were qualitatively analyzed. Results Doctors do not have a comprehensive grasp of the connotation of graded diagnosis and treatment, the awareness rate of the implementation plan is not high, and the application rate is low.It is considered that the information sharing degree of information platform is not enough, and patients have low awareness of graded diagnosis and treatment, however with high satisfaction. There are signi?cant differences between doctors and patients in the choice of tertiary hospital. Both doctors and patients support hierarchical diagnosis and treatment, and put forward many key problems to be solved.Conclusions The hierarchical diagnosis and treatment of TCM needs to be strengthened in the aspects of publicity, implementation plan, capacity building of diagnosis and treatment, development of TCM characteristics and application of information technology.
