Different Clone Fruiting and Seed Differences in 1.5-generation Seed Orchard of Cunninghamia lanceolata

摘要 为了解杉木(Cunninghamia lanceolata)无性系的种实特性,对融水贝江河林场1.5代杉木种子园27个杉木无性系球果产量、形态特征及种子性状等11个指标之间的相关性进行比较和分析,用主成分分析法对27个无性系进行综合评价。结果表明:27个杉木无性系球果产量达到了显著差异,球果形态特征及种子性状达到了极显著差异,27个无性系球果产量、球果特征以及种子性状之间的变异系数最大的是球果产量(77.74%),其次是果体积(50.31%)、发芽势(40.41%)、单果重(37.54),发芽率(35.80%)、优良度(26.75%)。不同无性系的球果纵径、球果横径、单果重、果体积与千粒重呈极显著正相关;发芽率与发芽势、优良度呈极显著正相关,与涩粒率呈显著负相关;发芽势与优良度极呈显著正相关,与涩粒率呈极显著负相关;球果产量与球果形态特征及种子性状相关性不显著。根据综合评价结果,初步筛选出8个球果产量和种实性状兼优的无性系,可作为高世代种子园的备选材料。 Eleven indexes,such as cone yield,morphological feature and seed characteristics,of 27 clones were investigated in the 1.5-generation seed orchard at Beijianghe forest farm by using the principal component analysis in order to understand the seed characteristics of Cunninghamia lanceolate clones. Results showed that there was significant difference in cone yield among 27 clones. There were extremely significant differences in the shape of cone and the quality of seed. The order of variation coefficient of 27 clones was cone yield(77.74%)>volume(50.31%)>germination energy(40.41%)>weight(37.54%)>germination rate(35.80%)> excellent rate(26.75%). Thousand-grain weight had a significant positive correlation with longitudinal diameter,transverse diameter,individual weight and individual volume. The germination rate had extremely significant positive correlation with the germination energy and excellent rate and had significant negative correlation with the percentage of death seed. The germination energy had significant correlation with excellence rate and a significant negative correlation with percentage of death seed. There was no significant correlation between cone yield and cone shape and the seed quality. According to the comprehensive evaluation results,there were eight clones with excellent cone yield and seed traits,which could be used as alternative materials for high generation seed orchard.
