物联网物体描述技术从网络中不同类型资源的能力角度出发,细颗粒度地对资源进行标准化的统一描述,提升资源格式的统一性,便于可编程管理。通过构建统一的元数据格式来对能力信息进行语义识别和互通,保证所有机器对资源的能力能够语义识别,通过统一的物体描述与元数据映射机制,物联网中的异构物体便能够更好地互通和融合。

Things description for Internet of things refers to information about data itself, and it is used for describing different IoT resources with a uniform metadata. Through the things description, the IoT resources could have the same sematic meaning and could be programmed easily. Things description for IoTwould build acommonmetadata format for things’capability information for sematic interaction and communication.All the things could understand each other’s information and capabilities. Thethings with different structures could interact better and efficiently.
