摘要
为了更好地完成湿法烟气脱硫改造项目,分析了脱硫改造项目与新建项目的差异,着重讨论了单塔改造这一分类。以某2×600 MW机组为例,列举了几个关键部位改造方案的利弊,包括塔体和浆液循环管道加高时塔壁切割位置的选定、脱硫塔烟气入口的转向、浆液循环泵的改造、脱硫塔管口的改造。择选出了工艺合理性、造价经济性和施工难易程度等方面综合评价最优的方案,工程顺利建成并通过验收,100%THA工况下脱硫率达到了99.3%,为类似项目提供了参考。
To better complete a WFGD reconstruction project, the differents between reconstruction projects and new projects were analyzed, especially in single-tower reconstructions. Several programmes of a 2×600 MW unit reconstruction project were listed, including cutting-position selections of tower or pipings, flue-gas entrance direction change of a desulphurizing tower, reconstruction of slurry circulating pumps, tec. Optimal programmes are selected, according to technological requirements, economical efficiency and construction difficulty. Project is successfully completed and desulfurization efficiency reaches 99.3% at 100%THA condition,which provides a reference for similar projects.
