应用护理专案改善降低痰标本留取不合格率的效果观察

Effects of nursing special case improvement in reducing the unqualified rate of taking sputum specimens

目的探讨实施护理专案改善活动对降低痰标本留取不合格率的效果观察。方法成立了护理专案改善小组,确定以降低痰标本留取不合格率为活动主题后,对活动前后呼吸内科住院患者的痰标本的留取情况进行了现况调查,对影响其因素进行了统计学分析,并制定和落实了实施对策。结果 2016年12月份痰标本总量为213份,其中不合格痰标本为20份,不合格率为9.4%。较活动前的29.7%降低了20.3%,低于目标值7.9%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用护理专案改善显著降低了痰标本留取的不合格率,提高了痰标本留取的质量,提高了护理质量和患者满意度,增强了护理人员的自信心和凝聚力。

Objective To explore the effects of nursing special case improvement in reducing the unqualified rate of taking sputum specimens. Methods The nursing special case improvement group was established to investigate the current situation of taking sputum specimens from hospitalized patients,moreover, its influencing factors were statistically analyzed and the implementation measures were formulated and implemented. Results The total number of taking sputum specimens in December 2016 was 213,in which 23 sputum specimens were unqualified,with unqualified rate being 9.4%,which was decreaed by 20.3%,as compared with that (29.7%) before implementation measures,moreover,which was significantly lower than the target value (7.9%),and the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05). Conclusion The application of nursing special case improvement significantly can reduce the unqualified rate of taking sputum specimens,and improve the quality of taking sputum specimens,and improve the nursing quality and patient’s satisfaction degree,moreover,which can enhanced the self-confidence and cohesiveness of nursing staff.
