不同组合桨煤浆搅拌槽混合特性的数值研究

摘要 采用ANSYS15.0软件的多重参考坐标系、标准k-!湍流模型及多相流模型,针对单层平直桨、双层45°折叶涡轮桨、平直桨叶-45°折叶涡轮桨叶组合桨这三种型式,分别研究了煤浆搅拌槽内的流体混合特性。结果表明,平直桨叶-45°折叶涡轮桨叶组合桨煤浆搅拌槽内流体湍动剧烈,其出口截面上示踪剂体积分数的最大波动幅度为1.24%,表明搅拌槽内的煤浆和石灰石添加剂已混合均匀。 By employing multiple reference coordinate system of ANSYS15.0 software,standard k-εturbulent model and multiphase flow model,this paper respectively studies the mixing characteristics of the fluid in coal slurry mixing tanks for single straight blade,double 45°folding turbine blade and turbine blade combination of a flat blade-45°and fold blade.The result shows the fluid turbulence in the coal slurry mixing tank with a turbine blade combination of a flat blade-45°and fold blade is intense.The maximum fluctuation amplitude of tracer volume fraction on the exit section is 1.24%,indicating that the coal slurry and limestone additive in the agitation tank have been mixed evenly.
