摘要
大唐呼伦贝尔化肥有限公司水煤浆气化烧嘴在使用过程中,出现拱顶超温、烧嘴压差波动、烧嘴冷却水盘管烧漏、中心氧含量低等诸多问题,曾一度成为制约气化系统稳定长周期运行的瓶颈。通过调整烧嘴尺寸、优化操作、现场管线改造、更换中心氧单向阀等措施,彻底解决了与烧嘴相关的生产问题。
The operation of coal slurry gasification burners of Datang Hulunbuir Fertilizer Co. Ltd. has seen many problems, such as vault over-temperature, pressure differential fluctuation at the burner, leakage of cooling water coils of burner, low oxygen content in the center, which were once bottlenecks inhibiting the long-term stable operation of the gasification system. The problems related to the burners are thoroughly solved by means of adjusting burner dimension, operation optimization, site pipeline rectification and replacement of check valve of central oxygen, etc.
