摘要
为了优化板芪口服液的制备工艺,通过L9(3~4)正交实验表设计试验,以黄芩苷的含量作为检测指标,优化板芪口服液的提取与醇沉等工艺。结果最佳制备工艺采用10倍量水浸泡药材1.5 h后煎煮2次,每次1.5 h,药液浓缩至1.5 g/mL,加入乙醇至含醇量为60%,4℃静置12 h过滤,回收乙醇,加水至生药浓度为1 g/mL,4℃静置48 h,过滤,加入3‰苯甲酸钠。结论:依照最佳工艺制备得到的板芪口服液黄芩苷含量相对较高,工艺稳定可行,可作为板芪口服液的制备工艺。
To optimize the preparation process of Banqi Oral Liquid.Methods:The experiment was designed by L9(3^4)orthogonal experimental table,and the content of baicalin was used as the detection index to optimize the extraction and alcohol precipitation of myocardial oral liquid.The optimum process of Banqi oral liquid was to soak it in water(10 times of Banqi)for 1.5 h,then in boiling water for 1.5 hours(2 times),calculate the concentration(best concentration is 1.5 g·ml^-1),add Ethanol(60%of the total volume),store at 4℃for 12 h,filtration followed by distillation and then add water to made the volume 1 g·ml^-1,store at 4℃for 48 h,filter again and add 3%sodium benzoate as an antiseptic.The banqi oral liquid obtained at this optimal process is stable,feasible and also has a high content of baicalin.So it can be used as a preparation process for Banqi Oral Liquid.
