摘要
通过开展LED红蓝不同光质对对萼猕猴桃试管苗生长的影响试验,结果表明,红光及红光比例高的光质处理有利于促进试管苗株高的增长,蓝光对株高有显著的抑制作用;红光可促进植株鲜重的增加,但试管苗干物率较低;蓝光处理有利于促进试管苗叶绿素含量的增加。利用隶属函数法评价试管苗综合素质,75%红光+25%蓝光光质条件下,对萼猕猴桃试管苗生长最佳。
The effects of different light quality of LED on the growth of Actinidia valvata Dunn seedlings in vitro were studied.The results showed that the red light and the light with high ratio of red were beneficial to the growth of plant height.Blue light had a significant inhibitory effect on plant height.The fresh weight of plant was bigger on blue light but the dry matter rate was lower.Blue light was beneficial to the increase of chlorophyll content of seedlings.The membership function method was used to evaluate the comprehensive quality of seedlings and 75%red light+25%blue light was the best condition for the seedling growth of Actinidia valvata Dunn.
