摘要
采用水分自吸方式,利用3D模拟方法研究了珍珠岩、蛭石与草炭的合理配比,调控盐碱土基质的保水性,确定了一种水盐分布均匀、通透性、稳定性良好的耐盐鉴定基质。通过测试最佳基质配比下不同梯度盐分的均匀度及稳定性,结果表明,保持适宜的水分及均匀分布的范围为草炭50%~65%、蛭石20%~60%、余者为珍珠岩,基质推荐比例为草炭∶蛭石∶珍珠岩=2∶1∶1。不同梯度的盐分在基质中分布较为均匀,差异均小于5%,可用于浅根系植物苗期的耐盐鉴定。
Using the method of water self-absorption and 3D simulation,the rational proportion of perlite,vermiculite and peat was studied to determine the optimal soil matrix with uniform distribution of water and salt,good permeability and stability for salt-tolerance identification.The results showed that the proportion of 50%~65%peat,20%~60%vermiculite and the rest of perlite could maintain a proper moisture con?tent and uniform distribution.The recommended ratio of matrix was peat:vermiculite:perlite=2:1:1.The uniformity and stability of salinity at different gradients under the optimum matrix ratio were tested.The results showed that the different gradients of salt content evenly distributed in this soil matrix,and their differences within the soil matrix were less than 8%,indicating that this combination of soil matrix could be used for salt-tolerance identification for shallow root plants such as dandelion.
