树脂基玻璃纤维复合材料复杂曲面的高效磨削研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用立方氮化硼鼓形砂轮进行树脂基玻璃纤维复合材料复杂曲面磨削加工时,普遍存在加工效率低、砂轮及工件表面易烧伤等问题。根据鼓形砂轮侧磨和端磨的加工特点,分别对两种加工方式下砂轮与工件的磨削接触线长度进行分析,确认侧磨加工方式更适合用于加工树脂基玻璃纤维复合材料复杂曲面。在此基础上,采用立方氮化硼锥鼓形砂轮侧磨加工方式,使树脂基玻璃纤维复合材料复杂曲面的加工效率提升5倍,单位时间材料去除量达到45000mm^3/min,由此实现了树脂基玻璃纤维复合材料复杂曲面的高效磨削加工。 When the CBN drum-shaped grinding wheel is used for the complex curved surface grinding of the resin glass fiber composite material, the processing efficiency is low while the grinding wheel and the surface of the work-piece are easily burned. According to the side grinding features and end grinding features of the drum-shaped grinding wheel, the lengths of the grinding contact line between the grinding wheel and the work-piece under the two processing modes were analyzed respectively, and it was found that the side grinding was more suitable for processing the complex surface of the resin glass fiber composite material. On this basis, when the cone-shaped CBN grinding wheel is applied for side grinding, the processing efficiency for complex surface of the resin glass fiber composite material may be increased by 5 times, and the material removal amount per unit time can reach 45 000 mm^3/min. Thereby, the efficient grinding process of the complex curved surface of the resin glass fiber composite material can be realized.
